Analisis Peningkatan Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Pengaruh Dari Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Pada Sekretariat Daerah (Setda) Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi
This research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat (SETDA) of Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. The aims of the research are to examine and to obtain the empirical evidence about the effect of leadership on performance, the effect of motivation on performance, the effect of Work discipline on performance and the effect of leadership, motivation, and Work discipline on the performance.
The population of the research were 139 civil servants, whereas the sample were 103 Civil Servants by using Proportional Cluster Sampling and Purposive Sampling method. the data collection technique was using questionnaires and the data sources were from primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique was descriptive analysis and inferencial statistical analysis (Multiple Liner Regression) by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Ver.21.
The results showed that partially and simultaneously the leadership, motivation, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance.
