Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Kompensasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Dengan Disiplin Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Pt.Indosawit Kecamatan Ukui Kabupaten Pelalawan Provinsi Riau
This study aims to determine the effect of labor expenses, compensation and satisfaction towards work discipline. To determine the influence of labor expenses, compensation and satisfaction on employee performance. To determine the influence of labor expenses, compensation and job satisfaction on work performance through the discipline of employees of PT IndosawitKeacamatanUkuiPelalawan District of UkuiPelalawan.
Target population in this study are employees of PT. IndosawitUkuiPelalawan District of as many as 232 people. Samples to be used are as many as 147 people Analysis of the data and interpreting the data, descriptive analysis method and analysis methods verification. Descriptive analysis method is used to describe the characteristics of respondents and the research variables, whereas the verification method used to test the research hypotheses by using relevant statistical tests. While the verification method used in this study is the path Analyisis.
