Pengaruh Kepribadian, Kepemimpinan Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt Cahaya Riau Mandiri Pekanbaru
This study aims to investigate the influence of personality, leadership and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior in improving employee performance at PT Cahaya Mandiri Riau Pekanbaru.
This study uses primary data obtained from giving questionnaires to all permanent employees of PT Cahaya Mandiri Riau Pekanbaru. Secondary data were obtained from the data processing that have been published, both derived from the company, journals, previous research and supporting books that are relevant. The analytical method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS 20.0.
From the testing that has been done there is positive and significant correlation between personality variables on organizational citizenship behavior, there is positive and significant correlation between the variables of leadership on organizational citizenship behavior, there is positive and significant correlation between the variables of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior, there is a positive and significant impact among the variables organizational citizenship behavior on the performance at PT Cahaya Mandiri Riau Pekanbaru. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.803 which means that total factor formation of organizational citizenship behavior can be explained by personality, leadership and organizational culture amounted to 80.3% while the remaining 19.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
