Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Perawat Di Rsud Indrasari Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu
This research was conducted in hospitals Indra Sari Indragiri Hulu in order to determine the effect of organizational climate on job satisfaction, Workload Influence on job satisfaction and organizational climate influences and workload on job satisfaction of nurses in hospitals Indrasari Indragiri Hulu. This research uses simple random sampling of 120 nurses were selected by 92 orang.Metode used in this research is the multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS version 17.0) From the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (Test-F) shows that organizational climate variables and variable workloads effect on job satisfaction variables. From the results of the partial test (t-test) showed that organiasi climate variables affect the job satisfaction variables and variables that affect the workload of job satisfaction variables. R2 test indicates the organizational climate variables and workload impact of 46.5% on job satisfaction and the remaining 53.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
