Kontribusi Altruisme Dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru Sma Se-Kecamatan Tanah Putih Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
This research aimed at finding out the contribution of (1) altruism towards teachers’ work performance, (2) organizational climate towards teachers’ work performance, and (3) both altruism and organizational climate towards teachers’ work performance. The respondents of the research were Senior High School teachers within Tanah Putih sub-district, Rokan Hilir totalling 101 teachers obtained through Proportional Simple Random sampling technique.
The data were gathered by distributing a set of questionnaire to the respondents and were analyzed using descriptive analysis, inferential statistics and hypothesis testing. The coefficient reliability of the instrument was counted by applying Alpha Cronbach formula.
The results of the data analysis provided the evidence that there was a contribution of altruism towards the teachers’ work performance of 0,667; there was a contribution of organizational climate towards teachers’ work performance of 0,243; and there was a contribution of both altruism and organizational climate of 0,707.
