Evaluasi Pengelolaan Praktek Kerja Industri (Prakerin) Di SMK Negeri 1 Siak Kecamatan Siak Kabupaten Siak

Refers to undang-undang sistem pendidikan Nasional No. 20 by the year 2003 and Kepmen No. 323/u/1997 related to practical industry. Based on that regulations due there should be any evalution research related to the management of practical industry. The goal is to analyse and ensure clearly something (1) to know and analyse the planning process (2) to know and analyse organizatio proses (3) to know and analyse the processing process (4) to know and analyse controlling program. These research using evaluative approach with documentation, observation, and interview evaluation. These research conduct in SMKN 1 Siak, Siak regency, Riau. It takes 3 month, from october till December 2016. The evaluation model that used on this research is CIPP which stand for Context (C), Input (I), Process (P), and Product (P). The CIPP model used Stufllebeam and Shinkfield, 1985 theory. Planning that done by SMKN 1 Siak were related to the effective standard and it meansured in good standard. The evaluation result related to organization process measured a very good value which has been meansured by effective standard. Moving forward to planning process and organization process, evaluation process through management practicial industry measure in good result. The result related to last sub focus, controlling evaluation in management practical industry was very good in effectivity. In short, the final result of these evaluation research which mention all part, could be measured good, but it should be any improvement to reach the goal and expectation.
