Pengaruh Pemanfaatan Fasilitas Belajar Dan Kinerja Guru Terhadap Mutu Layanan Di SMK Negeri 1 Sungai Apit Kabuapten Siak
Higher competition among admissions in the senior secondary level vocational Ithususya. To be able to compete and survive the quality-based management is a decisive factor. Some components that can affect the quality of education, one of 'which is the quality of learning services provided by schools to the customer. Service is a process of providing services (service delivery) from the service provider to the customer (customer). Quality of service can not be assessed from the perspective of the manufacturer but must be moved from the customer perspective of customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is a reflection of bermutu.Penelitian service that aims to investigate the influence of variables (1) use of learning facilities for the quality of service, (2) the performance of teachers to the quality of service, (3) use of learning facilities and the performance of teachers together to quality of service.
This research is quantitative descriptive. This is where the research SMK Negeri 1 in Sungai Siak Apit. The data in this study using a type of primary data and secondary data. The primary data of the raw data derived from respondents to the questions referring to the variable use of learning facilities and the performance of teachers until the end whether the effect on the quality of service in SMK Negeri 1 Apit Siak River District. The primary data which will be processed. While secondary data include a bibliography as well as material from the internet. While the source of the data in this study were students who were included as study sample. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, inferential statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. Instrument reliability coefficient is calculated using Cronbach alpha.
The results of this study show that: 1) there is a positive influence between the use of learning facilities on the quality of service at .820, 2) there is a positive influence between the performance of teachers to the quality of service at 0.411. While simultaneously the influence use of learning facilities and the performance of teachers to the quality of service at 0.821.
