Analisis Usaha Industri Keripik Singkong Di Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to determine the amount of cost, revenue and profit and to determine the effect of marketing on the sales of cassava chips industry in Tenayan Raya District Pekanbaru City.
Data used in this research use primary and secondary data. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis using the help of Microsoft Excel 2010 program and descriptive analysis with scale of measurement using ordinal scale (likert scale) to know response from respondent (entrepreneur).
Based on the results of this study that the total industry acceptance of cassava chips in District Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru for average production is Rp.54.151.400, - Month. With Total Production Cost (expenditure) of Rp.47.231.224,93 per month so the amount of profit earned amounted to Rp.6.920.175.07 Per month. Partially, marketing of cassava chips industry in Tenayan Raya District of Pekanbaru City from product variables influences sales of cassava chips, price variables and place variables strongly influence, while promotion variables quite affect sales of cassava chips.
