Oil palm plantations have become a good plantation commodity in Riau Province. Along with the increase of oil palm development, many oil palm has been aged over 25 years. As the age of the plant increases, maintenance costs increase. With replanting, palm oil production will increase in the long term. One of them is rejuvenation (replanting) done in Keranji Guguh Village, Koto Gasib Subdistrict, Siak Regency. The problem of this research is how to model the replanting of oil palm plantation plasma and how plasma palm farmers efforts in maintaining their welfare in Keranji Guguh Village, Koto Gasib Subdistrict, Siak Regency during the rejuvenation period. The purpose of this research is to know the model of palm oil plantation replanting in Keranji Guguh Village and to know the effort to maintain the welfare of farmers in Keranji Guguh Village, Koto Gasib Subdistrict, Siak Regency during the replanting period. The results showed the model of palm oil replanting in Keranji Guguh Village Koto Gasib Subdistrict, Siak Regency is Total Re-Planting Model (TRR). The total re-planting is a replanting model by donating all the old plants and replanting. Efforts made by farmers during the rejuvenation of oil palm Plasma In Keranji Guguh village to maintain their welfare is to find another job during the harvest waiting period includes opening a business, processing private garden, and working as a casual laborer (BHL). To maintain the welfare of farmers during the waiting period harvesting, farmers do not reduce food costs and health costs. But there is a reduction to non-food costs such as tourism or recreation costs, the cost of purchasing home furnishings, and the cost of housing.
