This final task is explaining about Information System of oil seeds observations using visual basic.net on PT. Dami Mas Sejahtera. The data process of making seed observational data is currently still using word and number proccessing application, so that the data generated is less accurate. That’s why the information system observations oil palm seeds. This information system can enable the personnel in easily managing the observations data. This information system uses VB.NET, MySQL and Crystal Report programming language as databases and its system flowchart, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, Kamus Data, dan Entity Relational Diagram. This information system for observations oil palm seeds is very helpful in processing and preparing reports more efficient.
