This final project is about information systems online payment of electricity bills in PT. PLN (Persero) Branch Dumai Rayon Dumai City. The existing system in the office of PT. PLN (Persero) Branch Dumai already use the web in data processing of electric bills. However, the information presented on the display account info is still simple and incomplete. It would require the development of information systems for the payment of electricity bills PT. PLN (Persero) Branch Dumai. This system can facilitate the customer in view of data that their electric bills and help employees PLN provide more complete information on the system. This information system using the programming language HTML, PHP and MySQL as a database. While its design using a flowchart, context diagrams, charts tiered (Hirarchy Chart), DFD (Data Flow Diagram), a data dictionary and E-R diagram (Entity Relationship). Electricity bill payment information system may be one solution that can be used to facilitate the transactions of electrical energy in data processing and manufacture of utility bills, electricity bill payment receipt to more quickly and efficiently.
