Sistem Informasi Rawat Inap Pasien Berbasis Web Pada Rumah Sakit Az-Zahra Ujung batu

This final project explain about making Information System Web Based Patien On Az-Zahra Ujungbatu Hospital. The sum of the cost of hospital inpatient administration still belongs very manual with writing the data assiociated with the administration of the administration of these patiens in a paper, so that the resulting data are less effective, hence the existence of the information system required hospitalization of patiens the hospital. This information system can make the hospital administration costs add up in patiens with a relatively quick and efficient . This information system using the HTML programming language, PHP, MySQL as the database , the diagram tiered, (Hierarchy Chart), DFD (Data Flow Diagram) data dicyionary and E- R diagram (Entity Relationship).
