Final Project is about making applications secure short message that is applied on the smartphone device based on android. This aplications is named SMS SCC that created for android smartphone version 2.3 up. This aplications contains encrypt and decrypt message text. Applications designed using the Unifield Modeling Language (UML) Model. The model used is the development of prototype model. Model prototype is a sequence activities undertaken in the development of system ranging from the determination of isues, need analysis, design, coding, and testing. This application is created using the Java programming language (Eclipse) with Android Development Tools (ADT-21.1.0) Plugin and xEtensible Markup Language (XML) programming language for the interface design.hopefully, by this aplication, can give a secure for user in give a information with short message (SMS).
