The next bridge is experiencing a lot of weakness that at the time of testing the quality of the project , the bridge just crammed with loads weighing 80 tons or as many as four trucks .
The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of the agreement Siak Bridge construction work package III ( three ) between the Department of Public Works ( PU ) with PT Riau Province . Clairvoyant Karya ( Persero ) , to determine the barriers that cause the damage has not terlaksanakannya repair bridges Siak III ( three ) in the work package development agreement Siak Bridge III ( three ) between the Department of Public Works ( PU ) with PT Riau Province . Clairvoyant Karya ( Persero ) , to know what efforts are made to overcome the problems of mass destruction after the bridge maintenance Siak III ( three ) in the work package development agreement Siak Bridge III ( three ) between the Department of Public Works ( PU ) with PT Riau Province . Clairvoyant Karya ( Persero ) . This type of research can be classified in this type of empirical legal research , because in this study the authors directly conducting research on location or place studied . The author did research sites in the region Pekanbaru Riau Province is in the Office of Public Works ( MPW ) and the Riau Province in PT . The company is located in the Dr. . No Sutomo . 96 Pekanbaru .
From the research, there are three main problems that can be inferred . The first is not running as it should , namely the work of Siak III bridge there is damage / physical disability in the form of the bridge floor and corrugated iron bridge that stretches the side of the road connecting the curve . that both the PT . Clairvoyant Karya ( Persero ) will remain accountable for the results of development work Siak Bridge III ( three ) , which is the third attempt was made to prepare a reliable supervisory personnel in order to control the repair work done Siak Bridge III ( three ) . Suggestion that in the future Siak bridge construction work in order to pay more attention to technical back , according to the existing design , and also in accordance with the procedures or rules in building the bridge , the bridge construction , operation and maintenance of the bridge as well as the development and management of bridge management system , repair procedures can run well .
