Variabel Yang Mempengaruhi Fiscal Stress Di Kabupaten/Kota Se-Provinsi Riau

The purpose of this study was to determine whether Regional Income growth, fiscal decentralization, GDP growth, Capital Expenditure and Regional Revenue Diversification had influence to Fiscal Stress both in partially and simultaneously.
This research is a descriptive quantitative study which use documentation technique for collecting secondary data from the Bureau of Finance and Asset Management (BPKAD) Riau Province and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Riau Province. Data collected in the form of Budget Realization Report (LRA) of Regency / City in Riau Province from 2010 to 2015. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression.
The results showed that Regional Income growth did not affect the Fiscal Stress, Fiscal Decentralization had negative effect on Fiscal Stress, the GDP growth has no effect on Fiscal Stress, Capital Expenditure Growth had no effect on Fiscal Stress and Local Revenue Diversification had negative effect on Fiscal Stress. Regional Income growth, Fiscal Decentralization, GDP growth, Capital Expenditure growth and Local Revenue Diversification had an effect on Fiscal Stress simultaneously.
