Pengaruh Penerapanmanajemen Risikoterhadap Kinerja Keuangan Dengandimoderasigood Corporate Governance (Studi Empiris Pada Bpd Se-Indonesia Tahun 2009-2013)

This research is aimed to analyzed the effect of risk management application on financial performance in moderation good corporate governance (empirical study on BPD indonesia in 2009-2013). Independent variable used in this research was Risk Management of Application, represented by risk management of credit (NPL), risk management of liquidity (LDR), and risk management of operational (BOPO), while the dependent variable used in this research was financial performance of BPD (ROA ) moderated by good corporate governance that was consist of the size of risk monitoring committee. The sample of this research consist of 13 BPD was registed throughout Indonesia in period the research 2009-2013 was selected based on the specific criteria using purposive sampling method. Analysis of the data in this research used multiple linear regression analysis with moderation that processed by using SPSS version 19. From the result of the research was carried out showed that only the application of risk management of liquidity (LDR) is positive and there is a significant and the application of risk management of operational (BOPO) is negative and there is a significant impact on financial performance BPD (ROA). Meanwhile, the application of credit risk management, although it has a negative effect on the variable Return On Asset (ROA) but it has no significant effect on the variable Return On Asset, besides that, Good Corporate Governance that was consist of the size of risk monitoring committee could moderated the application of operational risk management in a negative and significant impact on financial performance BPD (ROA), where as Good Corporate Governance have not yet able to moderate positive and significant for risk management of liquidity and have not yet able to moderate negative risk management of credit on financial performance BPD (ROA).
