The existence of Final Disposal (TPA) potential as one of the sources of pollution to the surrounding environment. The pollution impact on water resources as a result of the leachate from the landfill. Leachate coming from percolation process / mixing of rain water into the garbage heap. So that the materials will be extracted from waste dissolved blend with the groundwater. The high levels of COD and BOD in the leachate could reach thousands mg / l can be environmental problems (Kurniawan, 2006). The purpose of this study was to analyze the condition of the quality parameters of river water and well water residents around the landfill, which has been researched from the aspect of physics, chemistry and microbiology of water and analyze the impact of the existing landfill and water quality around the landfill Ganet Tanjungpinang on the lives of the social, economic and public health. Condition parameters of river water quality around the landfill, both from the aspect of physics, chemistry, and microbiology are as follows are five parameters that have passed the quality standard according to Candy No. 82 of 2001, namely DO, BOD, COD, NO3 and E.coli. Analysis of water quality condition parameter wells around the landfill from the aspects of physics, chemistry, and microbiology are as follows There are two parameters that have passed the quality standard according to Candy No. 82 of 2001 that DO and BOD. The impact of the landfill and water quality around the landfill Ganet Tanjungpinang on social life 60% of the surrounding communities have influence and impact on the social life of the community. 40% of the economic life of the surrounding community has influence and impact on the economy. As well as the health impacts 40% of the surrounding communities have influence and impact on health.
