Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease which is still being a world’s problem today. The Apropriate diagnosis and management of TB is one of strategies in controlling TB. Private general practitioners (PGP) is one of the health care facility who becomes choice for the pulmonary patients to treat their disease. So the supervision of the knowledge, attitude and practice PGP in new TB diagnosis and management is important. This research was conducted to knows the knowledge, attitude and practice of PGP regarding the diagnosis and management of pulmonary TB based on international standards for tuberculosis care (ISTC) in Kuantan Singingi regency. This research used descrptif cross sectional method with total sampling using questionnaire given to 32 PGP from 71 PGP in Kuantan Singingi regency from November to Desember 2016. The Results of this research are 17 PGP had good knowledge with the largest percentage of 53.1%, 10 (31.3%) had enough and 5 (15.6%) had less knowledge. The Results on attitude got 18 (56.3%) PGP had positive and 14 (43.8%) PGP was negative. The research results on the practice are 21 (65.6%) PGP had a good practice, 7 (21.9%) had enough and 4 (12.5%) had less practice. Generaly the knowledge, attitude, practice PGP about TB in Kuatan Singingi is good.
