The Government of Indonesia has executed operation of resident with Family Planning (KB) At the time of post policy reform of program KB major has been autonomous to local government with all limitations, management support from, financial and human resource doubted lessens result of attainment of program KB itself.
As seen Kota Pekanbaru level of growth of its(the resident is relative is height that is 4,1% per year, though dominant factor because of resident but birth factor cannot be disregarded where Total Fertility Rate ( TFR) still high equal to 23% pertahun ( Town Census Pekanbaru, year (2013).
The amount of the total fertility rate cannot be separated from the behavior of FP itself, whether they remain in the establishment of family planning or there are factors of participants that cause failure or accidental failure (drop out) in carrying out family planning.
Based on description to this research aim to know and depicts factor relating to behavior of PUS to execute program KB and know and depicts resistor factor in executing KB in Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru.
This research writer applies survey method by taking location as sample is Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat representing participant KB is many in Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru, with population is taken 5% in proposional from usage type of participant intrauterine device KB with sample 90 responder, data collecting is done with questionnaire admission filling ( questionaire) data analysis applies tabulation cross analysis to see the relation of research variable.
The results of the study, the behavior of respondents family planning is the use of contraceptives, use of contraceptives varied, behavioral initiatives to implement family planning, behavior began to family planning, the old behavior family planning and behaviors purpose of carrying out family planning, all the value is quite good, while factors related to family planning programs that knowledge, communication, motivation, everything is quite good value and factor means of family planning with good value.
Relations behavioral factors KB implement such knowledge with the aim of family planning, relationship communication factor with the use of contraceptive family planning, relations with the aim of motivating factors enter KB, all significant relationships and relationship behavior by means of family planning is very significant factor. There are no barriers between the behaviors of family planning to carry out family planning factors of all respondents.
