The second attempt to do if the wife does not get a piece of common property in perceraiann polygamy by using mengungat Customary law for the husband to the district court. As for the suggestion of the author is division of joint property on divorce polygamy under it shall dilakuan hand with Indigenous law. Attempts to do the wife to get a common property can not be separated from wives knowledge regarding the rights in marriage, for it is expected for the wife nor the parties is outside the marriage to expand related pengetahuanya marriagelaw.
