Analisis Biaya Dan Produktivitas Pemakaian Alat Berat Pada Kegiatan Pembangunan Jalan Akses Siak Iv Pekanbaru
Road constructions require heavy equipments in their operations. Some heavy equipment miselects in the field are very influential toward low productivity, additional time and additional cost. The purpose of this research was to obtain the minimum time and cost in terms of HPS Owner and contractor`s heavy equipments planning in the field. The heavy equipments which were used are dump truck, excavator, motor grader, water tanker, tandem roller and wheel loader. As a result, the number of heavy equipments for each work item from landfill source, B-Class aggregate base layer, A-Class aggregate base layer are 1 unit excavator, 1 unit wheel loader, 15 units dump truck, 1 unit motor grader, 2 units tandem roller, 1 unit water tanker. Total time for all work items using HPS Owner’s planning are 139 hours and contractor’s realization are 178 hours. Total cost for all work items using HPS Owner planning equipment produced Rp.833.100.977 and contractor’s realization produced Rp.961.900.844 with cost difference of heavy equipments utilization Rp.128.799.867 which is more expensive and higher than using heavy contractor equipments in the field. To determine heavy equipments with a more efficient cost with a saving percentage of 13.39%. Therefore, the contractor must evaluate the heavy equipments.
