Gambaran Penatalaksanaan Pasien Batu Ginjal Dan Ureter Dengan Extracorporeal Shockwave Lithotripsy Dan Ureteroskopi Serta Ureterolithotripsi Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru Tahun 2010 Sampai 201
Urinary tract stone is the third most found disease in the Urology cases, other than urinary infection and Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia. The purpose of this reseach is to know the review of Extra Corporeal Shockwave Lithoripsy (ESWL) and Ureteroscopy with Ureterolithotripsy therapy on renal and ureteral stone patients in Arifin Ahmad General Hospital from 2010 to 2016. This research is descriptive retrospective that reviewed the medical records 891 patients of renal and ureteral stone treated by ESWL and URS from Januari 2010 until December 2016. The result shows that there were more male patient suffering renal stone and ureteral stone rather than female with ratio of 1:8 in which most of the patients were in the group age of 49-59 years old or 278 person (31,2%) in the number keeps on increasing each year. Based on the most stone location being handled, its was ureteral stone which was 566 patients (63,5%). Renal and ureteral stone patients that had the ESWL therapy show the stone free rate about 79,1% and 69 of ureteral sto`ne patients that had the URS+Ureterolithotripsy have stone free rate 100%.
