Gambaran Rasio Neutrofil Limfosit Pada Berbagai Kriteria Severitas Pasien Stroke Akut Yang Dirawat Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau

Stroke is a major cause of death and disability worldwide. Representation of inflammatory marker with stroke severity had been vastly researched, but measure of these markers was limited by minimal resources and facilities. Neutrophil Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR) is a low cost and easy marker to measure. Meanwihle to score severity degree we can use NIHSS. This study was descriptive with cross sectional approach. The aim is to determine representation of NLR in all severity criteria of acute stroke patient in RSUD Arifin Achmad Riau Province. The number was 41 subjects got from January 2017 until March 2017. The results showed the stroke patients were highly found with more than 55 years old, with male sex, and dominated by acute ischemic stroke. The high NLR was highly found by ischemic stroke (26,83%). In severity criteria, NLR was found highly in severe criteria (41,46%). The conclusion is there was found representation of NLR in all severity criteria of acute stroke patient in RSUD Arifin Achmad Riau Province.
