Evaluasi Konfigurasi Bandar Udara Berdasarkan 3 Standar Teknis (Studi Kasus: Minangkabau International Airport)
Minangkabau International Airport has an annual growth rate of passengers and number of aircraft operating based on data from 2010 until 2016. The increase in air traffic has resulted in the evaluation and projection of the airport configuration. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the Minangkabau International Airport's airport configuration and project its needs until 2020. Analysis for projecting the development of runways, taxiways, and parking lots is used multiple linear regression methods. This study used 3 relevant manuals, among others; ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) standard, and Regulation of the Minister of Transportation number 44/1999. The current runway length is 2750 m and the largest type of aircraft operates there is B 747 - 300. Minangkabau international airport has three taxiways 448 m x 30 m, 334 m x 30 m and 305 m x 30 m and apron with dimension 315 Mx 120 m. The results of the existing long run path analysis are inadequate for the type of aircraft B 747 - 300 used for International aircraft. As for the planning of 2020 with the development of the enlarged runway to 3000 m is safe to use. Taxiway in the existing state is able to serve the plane. Apron for the existing condition needs to be improved again and for the planning of 2020 should also be improved again. At the peak hour of the plane for the year 2016 as many as 12 aircraft while the projection stage for the year 2035 obtained a peak hour of 28 this indicates develop Minangkabau International Airport later. Pavement for runways needs to be upgraded to the current state of affairs
