Tuanku Tambusai of the street is the primary collector road 4 lane 2 divided direction. This road is traversed by various types of vehicles, from light vehicles, heavy vehicles and motorcycles. Population density with the growth of urban road infrastructure in Pekanbaru is not balanced, causing traffic congestion during rush hour. This final project aims to calculate road performance on Tuanku Tambusai road in Pekanbaru city, hence result obtained at road capacity 3335,01 smp / hour, average speed of traffic 48,78 km / hour or 30,31 MPh. the degree of saturation of 0.68 has not exceeded 0.75, the peak hour occurred at 16:45 - 17:45 it indicates if the road segment has not yet needed a handler
