Pengaruh Intensitas Moral, Komitmen Profesional, Komitmen Organisasi Dan Sensitivitas Etis Terhadap Internal Whistleblowing (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Unilever Di Kota Payakumbuh, Bukittinggi Dan Padang)
The purpose of this research was to identify and analyze about (1) The effect of moral intensity on internal whistleblowing, (2) The effect of professional commitment on internal whistleblowing, (3) The effect of organizational commitment on internal whistleblowing, and (4) the effect of ethical sensitivity on internal whistleblowing. Study was conducted at unilever company in Payakumbuh, Bukittinggi, and Padang, which amount to 3 unilever company. The data used in this research was primary data with questionnaire as an instrument. The method that used to the sample selection was saturation sampling. The number of samples in this research were 62 respondents. Hypothesis test used in this research was statistical t-test. Data analysis techniques used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20.0 for Windows as data processing software program. Results of hypothesis test using statistical t-test showed the significant value of moral intensity variable 0.0016 < 0.05, which means that H1 accepted, the professional commitment variable 0.002 < 0.05, which means that H2 accepted, the organizational commitment variable 0.000 < 0.05, which means the H3 accepted, and the ethical sensitivity variable 0.000 < 0.05, which means the H4 accepted. The results showed moral intensity, professional commitment, organizational commitment, and ethical sensitivity has effect on internal whistleblowing.
