Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Partisipasi Masyarakat Terhadap Pendidikan Di Daerah Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit Desa Belutu Kecamatan Kandis Kabupaten Siak

The goals of this research are (1) to know what the factors which
influence people’s participation toward education in perkebunan kelapa sawit region,
kandis village, kandis, Siak regency. (2) to know how people’s participation toward
education in perkebunan kelapa sawit region, kandis village, kandis, Siak regency.
Population in this research is whole people who have children at the age of school.
Sampling is based on simple random sampling. The data collection comes from
observation and questionnaire. While, data analysis uses factor analysis, validity, and
reliability significant 0.05%.
According the result of the research, factors that influence people’s participation
toward education in perkebunan kelapa sawit region, kandis village, kandis, Siak
regency are internal factors in terms of willingness/desire, ability, opportunity,
occupation, education and illiteracy, and believe in certain culture. We can look at it
through believe in certain culture that has highest percentage about 80%.
Because of the influence of people’s participation towards education, people are
expected to pay more attention to their children, reminding how important education for
children to face their future.
