Uji Kemampuan Isolat Jamur Selulolitik Dan Ligninolitik Dalam Menghasilkan Asam Giberelat
The using of chemical ingredients like synthetic fertilizer in agricultural system, can perform negative effects in environment. Gibberellic acid (GA3) is a plant natural growth hormone that produced by particular microorganism, like fungi. The purpose of this research is to examine the ability of Riau local cellulolytic and ligninolytic isolate in producing gibberellic acid (GA3). Fifteen isolates were cultured in Potato Dextrose Broth (PDB) and Czapek Dox Broth medium (CDB) for 7 days. GA3 production in medium was determined by spectrophotometric method. In PDB medium, Penicillium PNE4 can produce the highest concentration of gibberellic acid 4,4 g/L, the lowest concentation of gibberellic acid was produced by Penicillium PN6 0,694 g/L. In CDB medium, the highest concentration of gibberellic acid was produced by Aspergillus sp II 6,918 g/L and the lowest was produced by PNE4 0,0150 g/L. GA3 production of each isolates have no correlation with the final pH of medium and dry weight isolate.
