Perencanaan Program Kawasan Corporate Social Responsibility (Csr) Terpadu Pt Pertamina Ep Asset 1 Lirik Field Di Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu
The lack of tourist attractions and the lack of a vehicle for education in environmental conservation in an area, making a company engaged in the oil and gas sector present role. PT Pertamina EP Asset 1 Lirik Field is present through itsCommunity Development program answer these problems by constructing Kawasan CSR Terpadu Pertamina. This program is a point of integration of conservation and environmental education to community development. Planning research program is based on the concept planning strategy for PR by Ronald. D. Smith and this study aims to determine the planning stages Integrated CSR program in Pertamina.
This research method using qualitative descriptive method which is located at PT Pertamina EP Asset 1 Lirik Field, located on a side street East Sumatera, village districts Lirik Area, Indragiri Hulu districts, Riau Province. Subject of the study were 13 people. Data collection technique used, interviews, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using interactive data analysis Miles and Huberman. Mechanical examination of the validity of data using the extension of participation and triangulation
.The results of this study indicate that the public relations firm PTPertamina EP Asset 1 Lirik Field perform in the planning CSR program stages in the Kawasan CSR TerpaduPertamina. Research on Formative Phase 3 consists of a first stage Situation Analysis Stage, this stage public relations company demanded to see the situation and look at the various issues and handling. The second stage of the SWOT analyzes of the company, the third stage is the Public Analysis, which is a public relations firm to analyze which became public and public key of the planning of its CSR program. Phase Strategy comprising the steps of Objectives and Targets where the determination of the statement is rooted in the vision and mission of the company is based on the concept Reputations Management Goals and Relationship Management Goals, stage Formulate actions and response strategies, namely PR plan of communication to the public with a form response proactive. Stage using effective communication is done in a way to inform and persuade the public by way of stakeholders meeting and FGD. Communication Tactics for Choosing phase, the company delivered the message in the planning of the program through the Special Event, and at the stage of implementation of the Strategic Plan for the determination of the budget. Recently the evaluation phase, at this phase describes the monitoring and evaluation of programs.
