Pengaruh Jumlah Pasangan Seksual Terhadap Risiko Terjadinya Kondiloma Akuminata Pada Wanita Pekerja Seks Komersial (Psk) Di Hotspot X Dan Hotspot Y Pekanbaru
Genital warts (GW) is a sexually transmitted infection (STI) caused by certain types of Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) which causes fibroepithelioma in the skin and mucosa. Female sex workers have a high risk of GW. This study aims to determine the effect of the number of sexual partners with the incidence of GW on female sex workers in hotspots X and hotspot Y Pekanbaru. This is an analytical study with a case control approach. The subjects of this research were 40 people, 20 people for case samples and 20 people for control samples. The research population is female sex workers in hotspot X and hotspot Y Pekanbaru. The data were collected through research status and physical examination performed by dermatologists then processed and analyzed by using chi square test. The conclusion of this research showed that the majority of female sex workers in hotspot X and hotspot Y Pekanbaru have ≥6 sexual partners in 1 week (52,5%) and there was a relationship between the number of sexual partner with the number GW incidence (p = 0,011) (OR=7,00; 95% CI= 1,7-28,1).
