Meningkatkan Kemampuan Motorik Kasar Melalui Kegiatan Bermain Setatak Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Di TK Negeri Teratai Rambah Hilir Rokan Hulu
The background of this study is the lack of gross motor skills of
children is still categorized as MB (Start Developing), because the method is often
used by teachers in improving the abusive motor skills of children only through
running method. With this method it turns out that the child is only passive in the
case of one movement only, through the method of running the child is not able to
play the motorcycle rough systematically even. Therefore it is necessary to
improve the motor abusive ability of children through play activities
The purpose of this study was to determine the abusive motor abilities of
children at the age of 5-6 years in TK Negeri Teratai Rambah Hilir Rokan Hulu.
This type of research is a classroom action research (PTK) conducted in 2 cycles.
Data collection tool in this research is in the form of observation sheet. The
number of samples in this study were 20 children consisting of 12 boys and girls.
Based on the analysis of the assessment process of 2 cycles there is an
increase, the increase is from the pre cycle to cycle I of 22.30%, cycle I to cycle II
56.25% and increase from pre cycle to cycle II of 91.10%. From the results of this
study can be concluded that through play activities can improve the ability of
rough motorcycles children aged 5-6 years in TK Negeri Teratai Rambah Hilir
Rokan Hulu. Then the researchers provide recommendations for teachers should
play this play activities can be applied in early childhood to stimulate the
development of abusive motor abilities of children. Because by using this play
activities children will feel happy and interested to further stimulate the ability to
speak. It is expected that teachers continue to provide motivation and interesting
games so that children feel interested to follow the learning, especially in
improving motor skills rough.
