This research is aimed to know the improvement of Motorik fine
capability through collage activity in children aged 4-5 years in KB Budi Luhur
Sungai Sirih Singingi Sub-district Kuantan Singingi Regency. The number of
subjects in this study were all children aged 4-5 years in KB Budi Luhur Sungai
Sirih Singingi Sub-district Kuantan Singingi District, which amounted to 13
children consisting of 9 boys and 4 girls. The data collection technique used is
observation. This research includes quantitative and qualitative research.
Quantitatively, the collected data is analyzed by descriptive percentage. The rate
of change that occurs is measured by percent, while qualitatively describes the
activities of children and teachers obtained through observation, interview and
performance during the study. Based on hypothesis test result, the fine motor
ability of children aged 4-5 years in KB Budi Luhur Sungai Sirih Singingi Subdistrict
Kuantan Singingi Regency can be increased through collage activity
which is done through 2 cycles. And in each cycle conducted 3 times meeting.
Improvement of fine motor skills of 4-5 years old children in KB Budi Luhur
Sungai Sirih Singingi Sub-district Kuantan Singingi Regency is known from the
preliminary average data of 36.54 to cycle 1 46,16 has an increase of 26,32% and
an increase from cycle 1 ( 46,16) to cycle 2 to 71,26 with a large increase of
54,40%. The amount of improvement of fine motor ability of children aged 4-5
years in KB Budi Luhur Sungai Sirih Singingi District Kuantan Singingi regency
amounted to 95,03%..
