Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Non Muslim Menjadi Nasabah Di Perbankan Syariah Pematangsiantar
The purpose of this study is: to indicate factors which attracts non-Muslims to use in sharia banking Pematang Siantar. The population in this study is all non-muslim customers service at Bank Mandiri Syariah, Bank Sumut Syariah, BRI Syariah, and Bank Muamalat totaling 6.319 people. The amount of sample in this study was taken based on Slovin formula, sample amounted to 98 people. To determine the sample used in the research is to use purposive sampling technique. The data type is quantitative data and the data source is the primary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis using descriptive analysis.. The result of research indicate that: 1) Promotion factor that can influence non Muslim to be customer of syariah bank in Pematangsiantar is due to information disclosure provided by Bank Syariah, 2) reputation factor of bank that can influence non Muslim become customer of sharia bank in Pematangsiantar is because syariah bank has a characteristic than conventional banks, 3) location factors that can affect non-Muslims to customers of sharia banks in Pematangsiantar is because of the location that is easy to reach public transportation, 3) product factors that can affect non-Muslims to customers of sharia banks in Pematangsiantar is because the product syari'ah banking in accordance with the wishes of customers
