Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berbicara Melalui Penggunaan Kartu Seri Bergambar Pada Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun Di PAUD Melati Kecamatan Bungaraya Kabupaten Siak

Researchers in PAUD Melati subdistrict Bungaraya, there
are still students who showed poor ability of children in speech, less a child's
ability to repeat a simple sentence, the child has not been able to answer simple
questions, children are not able to mention the words known , lacking the ability
of children to retell the story / fairy tale they have ever heard, so I tried to apply
learning strategies with the use of pictorial series cards to improve children's
ability to speak. Based on these problems the objectives to be achieved in this
research is to know how to use pictorial series cards in enhancing the ability to
speak, to know how tall the child's ability to speak with the use of pictorial series
cardsThis study used was classroom action research. Observation sheets taken
from the PAUD curriculum. The number of subjects in this study were 15 people,
consisting of 8 boys and 7 girls. Data collection technique used observation. The
study involved two colleagues as observers. Based on data from the results of the
percentage increase in the first cycle, namely, 41% and an increase in cycle II
reached 78%. Then all the data and findings can be concluded that by
implementing the strategy of using pictorial series cards can improve speaking
skills in children aged 4-5 years in PAUD Bungaraya Subdistrict Siak Regency.
Based on the research that has been conducted in children aged 4-5 years in
PAUD Melati subdistrict Bungaraya, siak district are excellent improvement
through use of pictorial series cards to children aged 4-5 years in PAUD
Bungaraya Subdistrict Siak district, where it is known there is a difference by
increasing talk of children before and after the implementation of classroom
action research use pictorial series cards. then the researchers gave
recommendations for teachers should use this pictorial series cards can be
forwarded in accordance with the needs and developed as a means to improve
talk PAUD. Teachers are expected to master speech modification techniques,
especially the use of pictorial series cards to improve speaking skills of the
students and parents of the students, there are things to consider namely that want
cooperation with schools and teachers to note speaking children. parents should
pay attention to talk of children in everyday life at home and do speak of children
and further research can be used as a reference to research related to the ability
to speak.
