Abstract: Based on The first observation which is done by researcher on children In TK 'Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Branch Selatpanjang Sub-district Tebing Tinggi of Meranti Regency in A2 group consisting of 10 children, only four children can speak fluently to give information and their experiences and Able to answer the questions that have given and the other six children have not been able to speak fluently in telling an experience or information about something that is seen or heard. This is one of matter when the teacher asks about the previous activities that have been done by children at home or anywhere , only a few children who can tell fluently and some children can not tell fluently. It discribes that the ability of children speaking is still low. The method used in this research is research of classroom action with technique of data collection in this research is observation. The result of this research is to know the improvement of speech ability of children 4-5 years old in kindergarten 'Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Branch sub district Selatpanjang Tebing Tinggi Meranti Regency at the first score of data obtained 342.5 with percentage 34,25%, in cycle of data the score obtained 520,8 Or 52.08%, with the criteria evolving as expected. An increase in the ability of children speaking in cycle II the score obtained 691.67 or 69.17% with the criteria evolve as expected. It means increasing from firt data to cycle II is 101,9%.
