Abstract: The purpose of this research is (1) To know the fine motor ability of children in KB Raudah District of Tebing Tinggi Barat Regency of Meranti Island. (2) To know the application of leaf media can improve the fine motor ability of children in KB Raudah Tebing Tinggi District Meranti Island Regency. (3) To find out how big the use of leaf media can improve the fine motor ability of children in KB Raudah Tebing Tinggi Barat District Meranti Island District. The type of this research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) done in 2 cycles. The data collection tool used in the research is in the form of observation sheet. The number of samples in this study were 13 children, consisting of 7 boys and 6 girls aged 5-6 years. Benefits for children is the increasing ability of fine motor children through leaf media. Based on the assessment process analysis of 2 cycles an increase. From the results of this study obtained the conclusion that leaf media provide a positive response for improving the development of fine motor abilities in children.
