Abstraction: The research of backround by still lower ability him converse child. Pursuant to perception of writer in Group class Play at Bina Bangsa District of Tebing Tinggi Barat Sub-province Kepulauan Meranti in general have problems: (1) disability of child repeat simple sentence, this matter seen whwn teacher ask child repeat some simple sentence which said by justchild and teacher tend to to be kept quiet it, (2) disability of child enquire with real correct sentence, for example child enquire with sentence which is difficult to be comprehended, (3) disability of child reply/answer question acco disability of child to question, this matter seen when teacher perform a question and answer in around items is which is just submitted and child reply with inappropriate answer, (4) Child not yet can be soulbuy by verbal better, (5) child not yet can phrase opinion to others, for example difficulty child lay open its opinion though he know what wishing to be told, (6) disability of child narrate again story/fictitious which have been heard, this matter seen when child asked by teacher narrate beam picture which provided by teacher, (7) child not ready to when teacher ask child to narrate experience which have experienced of because word bursar which in owning child still very less. Method which is used in this research is research of class action (Classroom Action Research) with amount of child sampel counted 12 child people which consist of 7 daughter people and 5 boy people. Technique data collecting is observation. Teqnique analyse data the used is percentage technique. Data early obtained by percentage 40%, at cycle of I obtained by percentage 53,47% with criterion expand in to and at cycle of II obtained by percentage 78,12% with criterion expand very good.
