Respon Masyarakat Terhadap Pelayanan Kesehatan Rawat Inap Di Puskesmas Bukit Kapur Kota Dumai
This research is motivated by the public response to health service that has been given by the officer to the patient. Although the service has been given but still often happened disappointment of patient and anger of patient to officer performing duty, availability of inpatient room, and so on.
Victims of accident, pregnant women who will perform childbirth, elderly patients and others become routine work at the Puskesmas Bukit Kapur, especially in Puskesmas Rawat Inap. The purpose of this study is : (1) To describe the community’s response to inpatient health services at the Puskesmas Bukit Kapur Kota Dumai. (2) To describe the supporting and inhibiting factors faced at the Rawat Inap Puskesmas Bukit Kapur Kota Dumai in providing health services to the community.
The type of research used is descriptive quantitative which aims to explain, give a name, situation or phenomenon of society behavior in response to healty service at Puskesmas Bukit Kapur Kota Dumai. By developing the theory of exchange, Homans put forward several propositions to explain the most basic social behavior, as for the propositions of Homans are as follows : (1) Successful proposition. (2) Stimulus or stimulus proposition. (3) Value proposition. (4) Saturation proposition. (5) Proposition of approval and aggression. Obstacle factor : (a) The lack of discipline of inpatients becomes one of the obstacles that inpedes the daily service process and the effort made by the Puskesmas especially the Rawat Inap part to keep the discipline of the employees in performing the task must be continuously strived. (b) To maintain the discipline of employees in carrying out daily tasks, the coaching, monitoring and supervision carried out by the management is one effort to minimize the constraints faces. (c) Sanctions to undisciplined officer such as deduction of employee capitation pay and leave deductions, and others remain in place. Of the problems studied and concluded that in the community response to inpatient health services at Puskesmas Bukit Kapur Kota Dumai with five indicators and nineteen sub indicators, an average of 10 respondents 32% answered well. An average of 19 respondents 63% answered fairly well, on average 1 respondent 3% answered less well. So overall can be given a score of 2 ie 63% of respondents stated quite well.
