Pengaruh Supervisi Klinis Dan Budaya Sekolah Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Guru Sma Negeri Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar
This study aims to analyze: (1) Influence between Clinical
Principal Supervision on Teacher Work Discipline. (2) The influence
between school culture on Teacher Work Discipline. (3) Are together
Clinical Supervision Principal and school culture have significant
Influence on Teacher Work Discipline. Method of research used is
method of quantitative research by using survey method. Population
in this research is all teacher of State Senior High School in Sub
Tapung Kampar Regency amounted to 128 teachers and the number
of samples in this study as many as 97 teachers. The research
instrument used for data collection is a questionnaire.
The results of this study were found: (1) there were positive
and significant influence of principal clinical supervision on teacher
work discipline, (2) positive and significant influence of school culture
on teacher work discipline, (3) positive and significant influence of
clinical supervision of head school and school culture to the teacher's
work discipline of. The higher the clinical supervision of school
principals and school culture, the higher the teacher work discipline
in the SMA NegeriTapungKabupaten Kampar. Thus, to optimize the
work discipline teachers need to increase the clinical supervision of
school principals and school cultures.
