Evaluasi Penerapan Sistem Informasi Penelitian Dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (Simlitabmas) Universitas Riau Menggunakan Framework Cobit 4.1

ABSTRACT
Information systems owned by an organization is expected to support its goals. Therefore information system needs an evaluation to avoid or prevent any threats or damage that may occur. The purpose of this study is to determine Information System of Research and Community Service (SIMLITABMAS) performance using maturity level based on COBIT 4.1 Framework which focuses on control objectives of DS 5 and DS 7 on the Deliver and Support (DS) domain. This study also provides a recommendation improvement based on the gap between the condition of current system (as is) and expected system conditions (to be). Data were obtained by doing literature studies, interviews and questionnaires. Further, we conducted data testing, maturity level analysis and gap analysis. The results of this study indicated that the maturity level of the current condition in the control objective DS 5 is at level 3 (defined process) and the control objective DS 7 is at level 2 (repeatable but intuitive). The maturity level of expected system conditions in each control objective is at level 5 (optimized). This study provided a recommendation for improving control objectives of DS 5 and DS 7.
