This final project aims to make in such a way the Steering and Brake Systems of three-wheeled vehicle type T-Rex car. The steering system used in the T-Rex three-wheeled vehicle is a rack and pinion steering type with steering wheel and steering wheel modifications. The brakes used in the T-Rex car three-wheeled vehicle is a type of hydraulic brake with disc type on the front wheels and rear wheels. The main components of the steering system include rack and pinion, knuckle, steering wheel, tie rod, ball joint and knuckle arm etc. While the main components of the brake system are master cylinder, brake caliper, brake pedal, brake hose and brake pad. How to manufacture and assembly the steering system first survey the components to be used, after all components obtained then the components are matched on the existing frame and obtained type rack and pinion. For the position on the frame using a plate with a thickness of 5 mm and adjusted to the existing frame shape. For knuckle use car knuckle carry modified in such a way to adjust to the upper arm and lower arm that has been designed. Braking system assembly and assembly using brake disc brake type Brake assembly assembly on two front wheels is same as assembling on car in general, which distinguish is at the assembly of rear brake section only because brake caliper mounted at position which have been made so disk disc mounted at hub rear wheel
