Pengaruh Pemberian Kombinasi Pakan Alami Dan Pakan Buatan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Kelulushidupan Larva Ikan Pawas (Osteochilus Hasselti C.V)

The research was conducted on May 2018, at the Fish Breeding and Hatchery Laboratory Faculty of Fisheries and Marine University of Riau. Result of the research showed the aim of the states was to determine the effect of feed and their combination on growth and survival of pawas larvae (Osteochilus hasselti C.V). The treatments used in this research was as follows: P1 (Tubifex sp 40 days); P2 (Water Flea 40 days); P3 (Shrimp Pellet 40 days); P4 (Tubifex sp 20 days + Shrimp Pellets 20 days) and P5 (Water Flea 20 days + Shrimp Pellets 20 days). Result of the research showed of natural and artificial feed and there combination significantly effect the growth and survival of larvae of pawas fish. The best and treatment was P1 (T40) resulting in an absolute weighted growth of 1.044 g the feeding an absolute total growth of 6.041 cm, and a specific growth rate of 9.83%, while the lowest was P2 (KA40) resulting in an absolute weighted growth of 0.384g and a specific growth rate of 3.040% while the lowest absolute longest growth is P2 (KA40) of 3.149 cm. The highest survival value was obtained in the treatment of P4 (T20PU20) of 85.56% and P3 (PU40) of 84.44%, while the lowest in treatment P2 (KA40) was 78.89%. Water quality measurements obtained temperatures ranging from 26.2-28.3 0C, pH ranges between 6.8-7.3 and DO ranges from 2-6.4 ppm. From the best growth research result is on treatment of Tubifex sp worms 40 days later treatment of Tubifex sp 20 days and 20 days shrimp pellets. So need to do further research about the frequency of feeding so efficient in feeding and growth and high liveliness. Water quality parameters during the study were temperatures 260C, pH 6.9; DO 5,4 ppm.
