Penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur Di Syahbandar Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Bungus Provinsi Sumatera Barat

Syahbandar is the leading cluster of fishing port as a services to fishermen. Syahbandar must have guidlins and refences so that all activities can run in accordance with its tunctim. The purpose of this study to determine the implementation of standard operational procedures whether it has been implemeated properly and serve as reference in the implementation of tasks in syahbandar of Bungus fishing port at west sumatera. This research was convected in PPS Bungus by using survey method thas was direct observation in the field. The result shows that the application of SOP in syahbandar PPS Bungus not implemented properly due to lock of socialization from the offices about the SOP that must be know to the fishermen. Besides, that the officers do not have knowledge about fisheries, the inability of fishermen to make the certificate of fishing catch (SHTI) and Logbook online. The dufficully to extend SIPI, the lack of facilities and infrastructure for the activities and smoothness of the syahbandar officers duty.
