This research was conducted in Kampar Regency. The objectives of this research are: (1) To analyze the influence of agriculture sector on the level of poverty in Kampar regency, (2) to analyze the influence of agricultural labor force on poverty level in Kampar regency. (3) Analyze the effect of HDI on the level of poverty in Kampar regency The type of data used in this study is secondary data is data that has been prepared regularly and in the form of reports that have been published by relevant agencies such as the Central Bureau of Statistics and publications of 2007-2016, journals and reference books and literature that are considered relevant with the intent and purpose of the study. Based on the research result, it is found that: (1) Agricultural sector variable (X1) has a significant and negative correlation to poverty level in Kampar regency. (2) Variable labor force of agriculture sector (X2) have a significant and negative correlation to poverty level in Kampar regency. (3) The variable of HDI (X3) has no significant effect and negative related to poverty level in Kampar regency. Keywords: Agricultural Sector, Labor Force, HDI, and Poverty Level
