Efektifitas Metode Jam Putar Sebagai Permainan Edukatif Terhadap Pengetahuan Remaja Tentang HIV/AIDS
Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a sexually transmitted disease caused by Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), which attacks many age groups 25-29 with the highest group of AIDS occurrences. Prevention efforts can did by increasing knowledge about HIV / AIDS in adolescents uses health education. Aims of this study to determine the effectiveness of the clock method as an educative play toward adolescent knowledge about HIV / AIDS. This study uses Quasy experiment design with pre-test approach of post-test design with control group, divided into experiment and control group. The study was conducted to youth of Karang Taruna Tenayan Raya Subdistrict. The number of samples is 34 people that divided into experimental group and control group. The measuring tool used is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis using Wilcoxon test and Mann-Whitney test. The results showed a significant increase in adolescent knowledge about HIV / AIDS after being given play method of clock method with p value (0.000)
