The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of the health and safety and supervisioin of the employee’s perfomance with the moderated work discipline variabels at PT. Eka Dura Indonesia (palm oil mill) Rokan Hulu. The variabels in this study consisted of four variables, namely: healt and safety, supervision as the dependent variable. The population studied were all workers factory at PT. Eka Dura Indonesia (palm oil mill) Rokan Hulu in 2017 which amounted to 167 people. Determination of the numbers of samples by using the formula slovin who earn a total sample of 63 people. To abtain the necessary data the researchers used survey methode by distributing questionnaires. The results showed tgat : 1) there is significant effect of health and safety on productivity of employees. 2) 1) there is significant effect of supervision on productivity of employees. 3) 1) there is significant effect of disclipine on productivity of employees. 4) 1) there is significant effect of health and safety on productivity of employees trough disclipine. 5) 1) there is significant effect of supervision on productivity of employees disclipine.
