Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance Dan Manajemen Resiko Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perbankan Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (Bei) Periode 2014-2016

This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance and risk management on the financial performance of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study includes banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) as many as 24 companies. To test the hypothesis in this study using analysis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS program. Sampling technique that has been chosen technique non probabiltias Purposive Sampling. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Good corporate governance (GCG) gives a significant effect on the financial performance of banks which is marked with the results of CR value data analysis of -2.562 smaller than -1.96 and 0.010 significance smaller than 0.05 2 ) Risk management gives a significant influence to the financial performance of banks as indicated by the results of an analysis of CR value data of -16.296 smaller than 1.96 and significance (***) less than 0.05 Keywords: Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Risk Management, Financial Performance
