Meningkatkan Kemampuan Menyimak Melalui Metode Bercerita Dengan Gambar Seri Pada Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun Di Pos Paud Mutiara Hati Pambang Baru Kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis
Abstract: The purpose of this research are: 1). To know through story telling method with series drawing can improve the listening ability at 4-5 years old child in POS PAUD Mutiara Hati Pambang Baru Bantan District Bengkalis District. 2). To know the implementation through story telling method with drawing series can improve the ability to listen to children aged 4-5 years in POS PAUD Mutiara Hati Pambang Baru District Bantan Bengkalis District.3). To find out the increase in listening ability through story telling method with drawing series in children aged 4-5 years in POS PAUD Mutiara Hati Pambang Baru District Bantan Bengkalis District. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research method (PTK), by using observation sheet consisting of 5 indicators of listening ability through the method of telling. From the observation results obtained that the average score of children's listening ability in POS PAUD Mutiara Hati before being given treatment action by 40%. At the time the researchers apply the action in the form of cycles I and II, each of which consists of 3 meetings, the researchers used the storytelling method with a drawing series. From the results of the application of storytelling methods, the data obtained from the listening ability of children increased from 40% at the time before the action to 50.5% at the time after the action cycle I. Similarly in the next cycle, the results of obserpation showed that the ability to listen to children increased from 50.5% in cycle I to be 76% in cycle II.
