Meningkatkan Kemampuan Mengenal Konsep Bilangan Melalui Kegiatan Permainan Ular Tangga Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun Di Paud An-Nuur Simpang Ayam Kecamatan Bengkalis
Abstract: The field of cognitive development is generally developed through the activities of grouping, knowing the form, recognizing the concept, counting. Based on the observation in early childhood An-nuur Simpang Ayam village Bengkalis district. In the ability to recognize the concept of the number of children in early childhood An-Nuur is still low. The cause of the low ability to recognize the concept of the number of children is the teacher is less to give every child a chance to be active in the activity. The game media of the ladder snake is one of the props tool solutions which is an important facility in learning. The purpose of this study was to find out how to improve the concept of numbers using the snake ladder media in early childhood An-Nuur Simpang Ayam Bengkalis District. This study uses a classroom action research design with two cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were children in early childhood An-Nuur which amounted to 10 children. Data collection techniques use observation and documentation, while the analysis technique is descriptive statistics. The results of data analysis in Cycle I recognize the concept of numbers by 10%. The results of research data in Cycle I continues on cycle II, because the expected achievement rate of children> 76% has not been achieved. In the second cycle obtained data of children's activities in improving the ability to recognize the concept of the number of children increased to 34%. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that the media snake ladder can improve the ability to recognize the concept of numbers in early childhood An-Nuur Simpang Ayam District Bengkalis.
