Abstract: This study aims to determine the improvement of Speech Capacity of Children through Storytelling with Media Image Glow At the age of 5-6 years at KB Mutiara Bunda Payung Village Village Rumbio Jaya District. The population in this study are children aged 5-6 years in KB Mutiara Bunda Payung Village Village Rumbio Jaya District, amounting to 15 people. This research is in the form of classroom action research with data collection technique by using observation and observation sheet. The data collecting is done by teacher as a researcher during the process of action implementation. Data can be collected with various techniques, such as observation, interviews, diaries and so on. Observation is one of the most critical data collection techniques in classroom action research. Based on the results of research known to tell a story with a series of media can improve the ability to speak children in KB Mutiara Bunda Payung Village Village Rumbio Jaya District.
During the activities of storytelling with the media the series image can increase the ability of children to talk because the storytelling activities with the media is very favored by the image of the child, The increase is due to the activity in such a way, using a variety of activities of interest to children, where children are motivated In doing this activity. So the increase from cycle I to cycle II was increased by 40.85%, and from before the action to cycle II there was an increase of 95.92%
